porotos con mazamorra I love beans with mazamorra, for those who don't know it's a kind of mixture of beans, vegetables and ground corn and a touch of albaca (which for me gives it all the flavor). It is prepared as follows;  For the mazamorra: In a bowl, mix the corn, milk and basil. Blend and set aside. For the beans: In a large pot, heat the oil. Add all the vegetables, necessary seasonings and water.  Cook for 30 to 50 minutes until the beans are soft. Finally add the mazamorra and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve to eat! I like them because my grandfather used to prepare them when I was a child and they were always very good.  Besides being very good for your health, since white beans have a high content of resistant starch, they feed the cells of the large intestine regulating the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

My favorite piece of technology my favorite technology is my computer, i bought it this year (actually my dad gave it to me) and i use it for literally everything; homework, listening to music, reading, chatting and playing games. i use it every day, so i check my work and i feel up to date with my homework and myself. I also love to do my homework while playing music on my computer. I like it a lot, because it is very useful, it helps me with everything, and my series look much bigger because of the screen, if I could I would take it everywhere, I can't imagine myself without my computer, it would make college more difficult and complicated, I wouldn't be able to study as I like and it wouldn't be the same at all, I would feel very sad, I hope it never happens to me ;(

dreaming to be   When I was a child I dreamed of being a scientist and exploring different parts of the world, but my thought was "never work in a chair, sitting for more than 10 hours" I found it horrible. When the time came to apply to the university I had more options like; geology, political science and astronomy, but I always loved anthropology, which was my final decision because it is what attracted me the most attention and what I liked the most among all the careers. On the other hand, entering the university this year has been an experience full of different emotions and I hope that with time they will be more good than bad, but I am not complaining, it has been satisfying. I dream of working in different places when I finish my career, in nature, in museums and great wonders of the world, and that my work will allow me to know the world in different ways.

Chilean memory My favorite website is "Chilean memory" https://www.memoriachilena.gob.cl/602/w3-channel.html since in my career (anthropology) it helps me a lot because it is a device that retains, memory or storage of computer data over a period of time. Memory provides one of the main functions of modern computing, the storage of information and knowledge. Based on an unprecedented digitization program in our country, Memoria Chilena was officially launched in 2003, becoming a pioneering experience of dissemination of cultural heritage through the internet. I visit her every time I have work or tasks to do for any course. And I like it because it has precise and very good information, even with the bibliographies, in addition to having a lot of information that has helped me in my work, and guides me in presentations. I would recommend it to my colleagues and friends so that they can find more precise and concise information that may help them.
